Please board all Framingham/Worcester Line trains on the outbound platform (Track 1) at Wellesley Farms through West Natick until further notice today.

On Fri, Nov 6 and Mon, Nov 9, a temporary construction schedule will be in effect on the Framingham/Worcester Line with reduced service and most trains making all stops to accommodate signal improvement work.

From late August through late November, 2026, South Station restrooms will be under construction. Temporary restroom facilities have been positioned along Atlantic Ave.

On Sun, Oct 25, at the end of service, the Framingham/Worcester Line construction schedule will end. Full service resumes on Mon, Oct 26, with a new Fall/Winter schedule available on mbta.com/cr.

Worcester Line Train 5506 (9:10 AM from Worcester) is operating 5-15 minutes behind schedule between Wellesley Farms and South Station.

There is no accessible path connecting the inbound and outbound platforms at Wellesley Square Station. The existing path includes steep slopes and is long. Designs are underway to provide for a fully compliant pathway.

From Sat, Nov 7 through Sun, Nov 8, Framingham/Worcester Line service between Framingham and Boston will be replaced by shuttle bus to accommodate track improvement work.
